Pharmacist In Charge

About the role

The Pharmacist In Charge will lead regional revenue growth, customer success, and compliance for Field Intelligence Inc. based in Kano, Marina. This position combines sales leadership, operational oversight, and strategic stakeholder engagement within the IT & Telecoms sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional revenue growth and margin targets, driving pipeline conversion and acquisition of new accounts.
• Manage and coach Sales Associates and Field Sales Representatives, providing hands‑on support for complex or high‑value deals.
• Monitor pricing discipline, credit exposure, and ensure high‑quality service and customer experience.
• Oversee order accuracy, timeliness, complaint resolution, and promptly escalate critical customer issues.
• Collaborate with Operations and Fulfilment to meet service level agreements and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead, motivate, and hold the regional sales team accountable, setting clear KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, GDP, and regulatory standards while tracking market trends and competitor activity.
• Own relationships with strategic, institutional, and high‑value accounts, representing the company in senior negotiations and escalations.
