Pest Control Field Technician

About the role

SB Super Pest Solutions is looking for a responsible, hands‑on Pest Control Field Technician to deliver professional pest management services to residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional clients. The role involves field work, client interaction and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pest inspections and identify activity and harbourage areas.
• Carry out treatments for insects, rodents, termites, bedbugs, mosquitoes and other pests.
• Apply pesticides and pest‑management products safely according to approved procedures.
• Set up and monitor traps, baits and other pest‑management equipment.
• Prepare treatment reports and document completed jobs.
• Educate clients on pest prevention and follow‑up requirements.
• Maintain pest‑control equipment, vehicles and protective gear.
• Follow all company safety, quality and customer‑service procedures.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a field team.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE/OND; qualifications in science, environmental health, agriculture or related fields are an advantage.
• Previous pest‑control experience is an advantage; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with attention to detail.
• Must be responsible, punctual, neat and professional.
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
