Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Beguile, a modern fragrance brand, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale its paid acquisition efforts. The role is fully remote and full‑time, reporting directly to the growth team and focusing on driving profitable customer acquisition across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google, setting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimise campaigns, running structured creative and audience tests to lower acquisition cost.
• Set up and maintain clean attribution and tracking (UTMs, pixels, Shopify) to ensure data integrity.
• Allocate and adjust budgets across channels, deciding when to scale, hold or cut spend.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test and iterate high‑performing UGC and native ad creative.
• Report regularly on spend, performance metrics and optimisation decisions.

Required profile

• Proven track record running paid social and search campaigns with measurable CPA/ROAS improvements.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat advertising ecosystems.
• Data‑driven mindset, using analytics to guide decisions.
• Experience in ecommerce or DTC, preferably in beauty, fragrance or fashion.
• Self‑directed and proactive, able to own outcomes without micromanagement.
