About the role
Renmoney is seeking a Performance Management & Analytics Specialist to design, manage, and continuously improve its performance management framework and people analytics capabilities. You will translate performance data into actionable insights that drive accountability, productivity, and high performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end performance management framework, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and feedback cycles.
- Align individual and team goals with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs across functions and deliver insights to leadership.
- Design and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for teams and senior leaders.
- Analyze trends in productivity, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.
- Partner with People, Finance, and Business Leaders to embed performance discipline.
- Support the design and evaluation of performance‑linked rewards, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations for talent decisions such as promotions and succession planning.
- Continuously improve performance processes for clarity, fairness, and consistency.
- Assist with audits and governance requirements related to performance and people data.
Required profile
- Strong experience in performance management, people analytics, or HR analytics.
- Proven ability to design performance frameworks, KPIs, and scorecards.
- Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on translating data into business insights.
- Experience working with HRIS, performance management systems, and BI tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a process‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
