Payroll Data and Excel Expert Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Data and Excel Expert Executive to design, maintain, and automate Excel‑based payroll schedules and reports. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards, and supporting payroll analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Excel payroll templates using advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF, IFS, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, and IFERROR.
• Develop Pivot Tables, dashboards, and automated payroll reports for senior management.
• Perform payroll data analysis, reconciliation, and identify discrepancies.
• Apply Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Sorting, and Filtering to guarantee data integrity.
• Manage large employee datasets while maintaining confidentiality and improve payroll processes through advanced Excel techniques.

Required profile

• HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in payroll, HR data management, finance reporting, or a similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is mandatory.
