Partner Success Executive

About the role

The Partner Success Executive will be the primary liaison for Ethnos Cyber’s strategic partners in Lagos. You will ensure that partners receive the expected value from our cybersecurity solutions, drive satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews with partner accounts.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to deliver services on time.
• Track and report partner performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Support onboarding of new partners, including preparation of presentations and documentation.
• Assist in renewal, upsell, and proposal activities to expand partnership revenue.
• Collect partner feedback and relay it to product and service teams.

Required profile

• Proven client and partner management experience, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail in reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lagos and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Awareness of Compliance Management practices.
