Part-Time In-House Nurse

About the role

Imani Health is a digital healthcare platform that provides telehealth, home‑based care and electronic medical records to subscribed patients. The Part‑Time In‑House Nurse will deliver nursing support to these patients through home visits, telehealth consultations and wellness checks, ensuring timely and respectful care.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and schedule nursing services for subscribed patients, while also accommodating non‑subscribed patients when capacity allows.
• Conduct home visits, wellness checks and telehealth consultations, including basic nursing assessments and non‑invasive health monitoring.
• Follow clinical escalation procedures for urgent or concerning symptoms, regardless of subscription status.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
• Travel within assigned service locations for home visits, with transportation costs reimbursed by Imani Health.
• Utilise smartphones, laptops and digital healthcare tools, including electronic medical records systems, to document care and communicate with the care team.

Required profile

• Valid nursing qualification from a recognised institution.
• Current registration and practising licence with the NMC.
• Experience in hospital, clinic, home‑care, community health or telehealth nursing.
• Ability to conduct basic nursing assessments and non‑invasive health monitoring safely.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for home visits within the designated area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Comfort using digital healthcare tools on smartphones and laptops.
