Operations Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Officer to support the day‑to‑day operations of our advertising agency in Lagos. The role involves coordinating activities across Business, Strategy, Creative, Digital, Media, HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily agency operations and ensure activities are properly coordinated.
• Coordinate with different departments to guarantee tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
• Track projects, deadlines, meetings, assignments and other operational commitments.
• Maintain and update internal trackers, reports, schedules and operational records.
• Assist in developing efficient workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor adherence to processes and escalate issues or delays to management.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure action points from meetings are implemented.
• Support communication and coordination between Business, Strategy, Creative, Digital, Media, HR and Finance teams.

Required profile

• First degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, project coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in an advertising, creative, media, marketing or professional services environment is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with task or project management tools.
