About the role

Jorvit School Ltd is looking for a proactive Manager to oversee and coordinate its daily business operations in Lagos. The role involves supervising staff, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient workflow in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily business operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and meet quality standards.
• Delegate responsibilities to team members, monitor their performance, and provide guidance to achieve targets.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare regular reports, track performance metrics, and deliver updates to senior management.
• Identify operational challenges, develop practical solutions, and implement improvements to boost productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures across all functions.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a Higher National Diploma (HND).
• At least one year of experience in a similar managerial role.
