Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operational activities, develop and implement policies, and ensure departmental targets and KPIs are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the company's day‑to‑day operational activities.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and processes.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure departmental targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Administration, and other relevant departments.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor the effective use of company resources and help control operational costs.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of products/services to customers.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an operations or supervisory/management role.
• Proven experience in managing business operations and coordinating teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, performance management, and business administration.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
