Operations Manager

About the role

Staffora Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities across its retail, fashion and FMCG divisions in Lagos. You will ensure premium guest experiences, coordinate multiple departments and drive performance against monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests following premium hospitality standards, ensuring service rooms are ready within a 5‑minute window.
• Coordinate daily operations across Production, Marketing, HR and Finance, monitoring departmental targets and incentive eligibility.
• Manage staff attendance, punctuality and shift compliance; escalate disciplinary matters and support recruitment, onboarding and performance assessments.
• Review and approve requisitions for tools, materials and services; ensure accurate reimbursement claims and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare regular operational and KPI reports for the CEO, highlighting risks, achievements and resource needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate multiple departments and work with performance targets and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem‑solving abilities; able to make sound decisions under pressure.
