Operations Manager (Hospitality Services)

About the role

Lead the day‑to‑day operations of StayWithVantage in Lagos, ensuring service delivery at client properties meets company standards. You will coordinate housekeeping, cleaning and linen services, manage platform requests, and work closely with client management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery at client properties and conduct performance inspections.
• Coordinate Elite Handlers housekeeping, cleaning and linen services, including external partners.
• Manage platform‑based service requests from assignment through completion and closure.
• Onboard new client properties, performing initial inspections, creating checklists and assigning teams.
• Supervise staff, service partners and suppliers, handling operational issues to resolution.
• Maintain schedules, checklists, operational records and basic spreadsheets; produce regular service reports.
• Develop and improve SOPs, checklists and operational processes within approved budgets.
• Represent StayWithVantage on‑site, identifying potential new clients and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property operations, facilities management or related field.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities; comfortable supervising staff and partners.
