About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of our healthcare division, ensuring that team objectives are met and that operational processes run smoothly. This role serves as the bridge between senior leadership and operational staff, translating strategic direction into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Set operational goals, delegate tasks, and monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to promote professional growth and high performance.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, resource allocation, and expenses.
• Analyze performance metrics, resolve bottlenecks, and implement productivity‑enhancing strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and operational teams, communicating strategic direction clearly.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
