Operations Manager (Founder Support & Automation)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the founder’s central communication hub, turning strategic vision into clear briefs and providing day‑to‑day operational support. The role combines project coordination, automation, and client relationship management within an advertising and media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the founder’s vision into actionable briefs, manage calendar, correspondence, meetings and call bookings, and maintain digital filing systems.
• Maintain financial spreadsheets, track budgets and project expenses, and oversee the content team to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables using Zoho and Slack.
• Build and maintain automated email sequences and outreach workflows in GoHighLevel, and train the communication bot to capture leads.
• Lead weekly operations meetings to identify bottlenecks, improve automation, and drive adoption of CRM tools.
• Monitor client and prospect communications, assist with deliverables, and nurture strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Client Success or a similar role; experience supporting a founder or senior executive is a plus.
• Proactive, resource‑ful, able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision and handle confidential information discreetly.
