About the role
We are seeking an Operations and Marketing Assistant to support our high‑end vehicle rental and driver hire platform across Nigeria. The role combines logistics coordination with brand promotion to ensure seamless service delivery and strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily coordination and optimisation of fleet and driver operations, ensuring timely dispatch and quality control.
- Provide hands‑on logistics support for vehicle handoffs and bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with car owners, renters, and professional chauffeurs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and resolve friction points.
- Manage, curate, and grow PolarRide’s social media presence across key platforms.
- Execute creative marketing initiatives to showcase premium offerings and drive app downloads.
Required profile
- Minimum BSc in any related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
