On‑Air Studio Host & Presenter

About the role

Genuslab Technologies is seeking an energetic On‑Air Studio Host & Presenter to lead live and recorded radio programmes. You will be the voice of the station, delivering music, interviews and entertainment content while engaging a diverse audience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily show rundowns and curate music playlists that match the station’s style.
• Host live broadcasts, introduce segments, and conduct on‑air interviews.
• Interact with listeners via calls, messages and social media to build loyalty.
• Coordinate with producers and technical staff to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Monitor studio equipment during shows and adhere to programming schedules and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication with clear articulation and storytelling ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced studio environment with tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in radio, podcasting or media presentation is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in media, communications, performing arts or a related field is an advantage.
