About the role

The NYSC Marketing Intern will join the marketing and business development team at Bollard Group of Companies Limited in Lagos. This position offers hands‑on experience supporting campaign planning, content creation, and market research while developing professional communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create marketing content for social media, websites, and printed materials.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Provide administrative assistance to the marketing and business development team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain professional client communication.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Manage assigned tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).
• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Professional attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing (advantageous).
