Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer (Break & Fix)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to provide break‑and‑fix services on an on‑call freelance basis. The role involves both onsite and remote support across enterprise infrastructure environments, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution of hardware, network and virtualization incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote break‑and‑fix support for networking and infrastructure incidents.
• Deploy, configure and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism) and perform system upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, virtualization and network issues, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and routing.
• Implement and support backup and disaster‑recovery solutions and respond to critical incidents within agreed response times.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking or IT support engineering.
• Valid CCNA certification and strong hands‑on experience with Nutanix ecosystem.
• Proven ability to deliver break‑and‑fix support in enterprise environments and work collaboratively with global teams.
