About the role
One Acre Fund is looking for an entrepreneurial field operations leader to launch and run its newest state expansion initiative in Nigeria. The role will focus on scaling agricultural services to smallholder farmers across Niger State, building on the organization’s rapid growth since 2018.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch the state‑level expansion program, aligning with One Acre Fund’s model of providing inputs, credit, and agronomic training.
- Lead and supervise field teams that serve farmers in Minna, Mokwa and Iseyin.
- Coordinate logistics, farmer outreach, and partnership activities to reach target farmer numbers.
- Monitor program performance, collect data, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field operations or program management within the agricultural sector.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale new initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
