Multiple Teaching Positions – EYFS, Primary & Secondary

About the role

The Waldolf British Academy is seeking qualified educators for a range of teaching and leadership positions across EYFS, primary and secondary levels. Candidates will join a dynamic school community in Port Harcourt, contributing to both academic excellence and holistic child development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons in subjects such as Humanities, English, Mathematics, and Diction.
• Lead academic and administrative teams for EYFS, primary and secondary classes where applicable.
• Develop and implement strategies for school improvement, community building, and character education.
• Maintain high standards of child development and wellbeing in line with Nigerian and British curricula.
• Utilise ICT tools to enhance teaching, assessment and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for leadership roles; at least 5 years teaching experience for other positions.
• Proven track record of school improvement and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of academic standards, child development and character education.
• Understanding of both Nigerian and British curricula.
• Relevant qualifications such as HND, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A or equivalent.
