About the role

Thronos Alliance is seeking a qualified Midwife to join its maternity team in Lagos, Marina. You will provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers and newborns, ensuring safety and compassionate support throughout pregnancy, labour, and the post‑natal period.

Key responsibilities

• Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and post‑natal care, including counselling and health education.
• Assist women during labour, conduct authorised deliveries, and monitor maternal and fetal well‑being.
• Assess newborns, identify urgent medical needs, and refer complications promptly.
• Maintain accurate maternity records and adhere to infection‑prevention protocols.

Required profile

• Recognised midwifery qualification with current registration and a valid practising licence from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• Excellent communication, observation and patient‑care abilities, with a compassionate and professional attitude.
• Residence in Ejigbo or nearby areas to ensure punctual attendance.

Required skills

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments within professional scope.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and maternity records.
