Meta Ads Specialist (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to join Oma The Label on a part‑time, remote basis. You will manage paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for multiple brands within the T&N Holdings portfolio, helping to drive sales, leads, bookings and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and optimise Meta advertising campaigns for e‑commerce, lead generation, bookings and awareness.
• Define and manage audience segments, including look‑alike and retargeting audiences.
• Control budgets, bids and pacing to maximise return on ad spend.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Conduct creative A/B testing and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align ads with brand initiatives.
• Handle multiple ad accounts simultaneously while ensuring consistent quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with audience targeting, retargeting, look‑alike audiences and various campaign objectives.
• Ability to manage budgets and bids across several brands.
• Strong analytical mindset for performance monitoring and optimisation.
