Medical Sales Representative – Osogbo, Osun

About the role

Our client is a reputable global bio‑pharmaceutical company seeking professionals passionate about pharmaceutical sales, experienced in area and territory management, and capable of building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, distributors, and other healthcare stakeholders. This role is based in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria, and involves managing a defined territory, engaging with key healthcare decision‑makers, and driving market share for the company's portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Drive prescription generation and product uptake.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure territory coverage.
• Organise product presentations and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit timely activity and sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Nigeria.
• HND in Life Sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of doctor call processes and distributor engagement.
• Proven sales track record within the region.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
