Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell Daily-Need Group’s pharmaceutical and health products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and institutions across Lagos. This full‑time position focuses on building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering product presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Report regularly on sales performance and attend sales meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a medical or pharmaceutical environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Foundational knowledge of pharmacy concepts to explain product benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and travel as needed.
• Integrity, adaptability, and commitment to ethical sales practices.
