Medical and Quality Assurance Doctor

About the role

The Medical and Quality Assurance Doctor will lead coordination among key operational units, manage relationships with health care providers, and ensure high‑quality service delivery to enrollees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of Call Centre, Claims Management, Underwriting and Providers Network units to drive synergy and performance evaluation.
• Maintain systematic relationship management with enlisted health care facilities to guarantee quality services.
• Develop and deploy KPI tools and monitoring frameworks in collaboration with management.
• Conduct top‑level interactive health sessions and approved health talks.
• Resolve complex professional issues with health care providers to improve service quality and enrollee satisfaction.
• Oversee accurate record‑keeping, both online and physical, for easy information retrieval.

Required profile

• Medical Degree (MBBS) from a reputable university with up‑to‑date MDCN registration and license.
• Minimum 10 years post‑NYSC experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
• MBA or other business/administration certificates are advantageous.
