Marketing & Sales Representative

About the role

The Marketing & Sales Representative will drive growth for Spotless Cleaning Bee by identifying and prospecting residential and commercial clients for cleaning and facility‑care services. You will generate qualified leads through personal networks, referrals, social media and field marketing, and guide prospects through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential residential and commercial clients, including property owners, facility managers, hotels, offices and schools.
• Generate qualified leads via personal networks, referrals, social media, direct outreach and field marketing activities.
• Introduce CLEON’s cleaning services, assess client needs and arrange site inspections, consultations or quotations.
• Collaborate with the CLEON team to move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain referral relationships to generate repeat and recurring business.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in sales and networking.
• Ability to independently identify and pursue business opportunities and follow up effectively.
• Existing business or professional networks in Abuja are an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, real estate, hospitality, facility management or business development is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working on a commission basis.
