Marketing Officer (Operations Support)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce startup looking for a hands‑on Marketing Officer who will shape the brand’s online presence, drive customer acquisition and support day‑to‑day operations while the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish visual content (photos, videos, reels) on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to build brand visibility and drive sales.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads within an agreed monthly budget.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions and seasonal events.
• Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPC, CPA, conversion rate) and report weekly and monthly.
• Handle customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and email, process orders, coordinate deliveries and manage basic inventory checks.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing or social‑media management experience, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C.
• Proven track record of growing a brand’s social‑media audience and driving sales.
• Self‑directed and comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast‑moving startup environment.

• Content creation tools such as CapCut and Canva
• Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking
• WhatsApp Business tools
• Social‑media analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics)
