Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Marketing & Business Development team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns, events and related initiatives. This role requires strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities to keep projects on track and deliver high‑quality marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns, preparing brochures, flyers, presentations and social media content.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, equipment rental and travel arrangements, and provide on‑site support.
• Maintain and update customer databases, perform data entry, cleaning and segmentation, and generate analytical reports.
• Support social media marketing efforts, monitor brand mentions, engage with followers and track performance metrics.
• Handle office administration such as managing supplies, answering calls and emails, and preparing reports and presentations.
• Track progress of marketing and business development projects, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
• Conduct market and competitor research, gather trend data and provide insights to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, communications or administrative support; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in marketing, social media or project management are advantageous.
