Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Officer to own a territory in Lagos, drive in‑store promotions, and represent the Kuddy brand across retail locations and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Own your territory by visiting branches regularly, building relationships with branch teams and identifying opportunities and gaps.
• Plan and execute in‑store promotions, seasonal campaigns, product sampling and makeup demo days, ensuring all materials are produced, delivered and displayed on time.
• Monitor displays, shelf presentation and branding standards, flag slow‑moving items and secure prime placement for new launches.
• Represent Kuddy at local events, markets, salons and beauty schools, building relationships with makeup artists and beauty professionals.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers and photographers to generate campaign ideas and capture store moments for shoots.
• Support digital channels by assisting with social media, email and WhatsApp marketing and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Gather sales data, customer feedback and competitor activity, and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, retail, field marketing, digital marketing or brand activation.
• Degree in a related field.
• Organised, proactive and strong on follow‑through.
• Comfortable moving between stores and engaging directly with customers.
• Creative, full of ideas and confident to share them.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of social media platforms.
• Basic digital marketing tools.
