Marketing Manager – Lead Strategy & Digital Campaigns

About the role

Swift Consulting is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive its brand presence and growth within the banking and finance sector. Based in Lagos, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support revenue targets and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, website and emerging platforms.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage customer acquisition, engagement and retention programs.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning across all marketing touchpoints.
• Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships and other marketing activities.
• Track performance metrics, generate regular KPI reports and optimise spend.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate external agencies, vendors and influencers as required.
• Identify new channels and innovative opportunities for business expansion.
• Lead, mentor and develop members of the marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, with proven managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of digital, social media, content marketing and brand management.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Effective leadership and team‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness and results‑oriented attitude.
