Marketing Manager – Digital Payments

About the role

The Marketing Manager will craft and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, acquire customers, and drive engagement for Otapay’s digital payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies to promote Otapay’s products and services.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Create and execute paid media campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to drive user acquisition.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce high‑quality, engaging content across platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Manage brand partnerships and collaborate with influencers, media outlets, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing efforts.
• Lead content creation efforts to establish Otapay’s thought leadership in the fintech space.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital payments or fintech.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Creative and strategic thinking to develop compelling marketing initiatives.
