Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially driven Marketing Lead to drive brand positioning, membership growth, and overall marketing initiatives for a premium hospitality brand. Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will work closely with executive leadership and external partners to ensure consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, corporate communications, and integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Plan and deliver premium brand experiences, networking events, product launches, and member activation programmes.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring quality delivery and brand consistency.
• Oversee content strategy for websites, social media, email marketing, and newsletters.
• Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI through data analysis and reporting.
• Manage the departmental marketing budget and ensure cost‑effective resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive marketing experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, private membership clubs or related industries.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
• Strong analytical, commercial and strategic thinking abilities.
