Marketing & Growth Lead

About the role

MVG Entertainment Ltd is looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to shape and execute marketing campaigns for music releases and artist initiatives. The role combines strategic planning, digital channel management and cultural partnership development to grow audiences and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for singles, EPs, albums and artist launches, defining objectives, target audiences, positioning and success metrics.
• Lead digital growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Google, Snapchat, streaming platforms and emerging channels, testing audiences, creative formats and placements.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers and cultural tastemakers, creating seeding and activation strategies that prioritize relevance and measurable impact.
• Continuously monitor music trends, successful campaigns, creator ecosystems, consumer behavior and platform updates to inform strategy.
• Analyse performance data, optimise campaigns in real time and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Entry‑level (up to 12 months of relevant experience) with a strong passion for music and digital culture.
• Ability to translate a music release into a clear audience hypothesis and actionable marketing plan.
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance metrics and adjusting tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑moving entertainment environment.
