Marketing Executive – Facility Management Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive marketer to promote VIS Ideal Concept’s facility management and related services. The role focuses on generating new leads and business opportunities in Lekki, Ajah and surrounding areas, while building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Promote VIS Ideal Concept’s facility management services.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients in Lekki, Ajah and surrounding areas.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
• Explain the company’s services clearly to prospective customers.
• Provide regular updates on marketing activities and client leads.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, sales, or a related position.
• BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently approach and communicate with potential clients.
• Hardworking, proactive, and target‑oriented.
• Knowledge of Lekki/Ajah and surrounding areas is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
