Marketing Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, promoting the firm’s consulting services, and developing strategic relationships with clients across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for the firm’s consulting services.
• Market payroll outsourcing, HR consulting, recruitment, training, and advisory services.
• Build and maintain relationships with MDAs, corporate organisations, NGOs and development partners.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and deliver compelling service proposals.
• Gather market intelligence and represent the firm at networking events and conferences.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of clients, prospects and opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare regular activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• 2–3 years proven experience in business development or marketing within consulting, HR, payroll or professional services.
• Experience marketing payroll or HR solutions; experience with public‑sector organisations is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Abuja’s business districts, government institutions and corporate landscape.

• Strong networking and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Ability to prepare business proposals and presentations.
