Marketing and Communications Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to manage and grow our client’s social media presence, create compelling content, and support event and media activities. The role will focus on LinkedIn for regulatory audiences while also handling other major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the marketing plan, covering regulatory news, thought‑leadership articles, event coverage and industry commentary.
• Manage client accounts on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram and Facebook, creating posts, engaging communities, monitoring brand mentions and reporting on reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Produce short‑form video content, reels and stories from events and conferences, and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Support the creation of monthly insight‑driven articles, regulatory commentary, whitepapers and other external publications.
• Draft, proofread and format press releases, coordinate media outreach, maintain media contact lists and compile coverage reports.
• Provide logistics and coordination for 3‑4 major industry events annually, including booth setup, sponsorship deliverables and on‑site execution.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: MBA or MSc.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to produce professional, regulatory‑focused content.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram and Facebook platforms.
• Experience creating short‑form video content and basic video editing.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and generate performance reports.
