Marketing & Admissions Enrolment Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Admissions Enrolment Officer to drive student enrolment and raise the visibility of a leading British‑curriculum school in Lagos. The role combines field outreach, digital marketing and admissions management to meet monthly enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enrolment for JSS1–SS3, Sixth Form A‑Level and Degree Foundation programmes and manage post‑WAEC recruitment campaigns.
• Build relationships with primary and secondary schools, conduct feeder‑school visits and generate prospective‑student leads.
• Manage the school’s social media channels, plan Meta and Google advertising campaigns and create digital and print marketing content.
• Coordinate open days, education fairs and community events, handling lead collection and follow‑up.
• Maintain the admissions CRM tracker and prepare weekly marketing and enrolment reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, student recruitment or admissions within the education sector.
• Proven ability to build relationships, generate and convert leads.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Canva and WhatsApp Business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Reliable personal transportation for school visits across Lagos.
