Manufacturing Technician – Core Operations

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Manufacturing Technician focused on core production processes. You will independently operate and maintain equipment, applying autonomous maintenance standards to help meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system following Autonomous Maintenance (AM) standards.
• Execute standard work processes using AM and Progressive Maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Monitor and improve line or system performance to meet business needs.
• Ensure safety protocols are observed and quality assurance activities are performed.
• Identify, understand and report equipment losses.

Required profile

• Desire to drive personal career growth.
• Experience operating machines with coaching.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for machine operation.
• Strong reading, writing and communication skills appropriate to the site.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse work environment.
• National Diploma or NAPTEB in Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Analysis, Science Laboratory Technology or Food Science Technology.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Accountable, adaptable, collaborative and integrity.
