Managing Partner

About the role

The Managing Partner will work directly with the Founder/CEO to shape and execute BBHH Media’s business strategy, overseeing daily operations and driving growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Founder/CEO in developing and executing the company’s business strategy.
• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations and ensure effective coordination across departments.
• Drive business development, revenue growth, and new client acquisition.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporate organisations, media owners, technology companies and other business partners.
• Identify new markets, services, business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Monitor business performance, revenue, costs and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate departmental heads to align with company objectives and improve internal processes.
• Represent BBHH Media at high‑level client meetings, negotiations, networking events and industry engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mass Communication or a related field; MBA or MSc is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in business management, business development, operations, consulting or agency leadership.
• Proven track record of business growth, client management and strategic partnership development.
• Experience managing teams, projects and cross‑functional departments.
• Strong professionalism, integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
