Manager, Learning, Knowledge Management, and Reporting

About the role

The Manager, Learning, Knowledge Management, and Reporting will support the Performance, Learning, and Strategic Impact (PLSI) department of the GHSC-PSM Nigeria office. Based in Abuja, this fixed‑term role drives learning initiatives, oversees knowledge archives, and ensures high‑quality reporting of project performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement learning initiatives and adaptive management events such as workshops, forums, and conferences aligned with the PLSI strategy.
• Facilitate cross‑learning and knowledge sharing among central, regional, and state implementation teams.
• Oversee documentation processes, establish and maintain a SharePoint‑based knowledge management system, and enforce document management policies.
• Maintain the performance reporting system, ensure reporting adherence, and contribute to the preparation of technical briefs and success stories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Public Health, Knowledge Management).
• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in learning, knowledge management, communications, documentation, or technical reporting, preferably in international development.
• Experience with USG or Department of State‑funded public‑health supply chain projects is strongly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SharePoint for knowledge‑archive management.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with graphics programs and webinar platforms.
• Ability to develop and use data visualization tools and analytics for learning.
