Management Graduate Trainee (Rotational)

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join a structured Management Graduate Trainee program. The role offers rotational exposure across multiple departments, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in project and product management within the Energy & Utilities sector.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programmes and rotational assignments across various departments.
• Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental projects and business initiatives.
• Support daily business operations, administrative activities, and data collection for decision‑making.
• Conduct market research and business analysis, preparing reports and presentations for management.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze performance data and recommend operational improvements.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or a valid exemption certificate.
• 0–2 years of work experience (internship or NYSC experience is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eagerness to learn.
