Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that all store facilities, equipment and common areas are kept in optimal condition, supporting smooth operations across our restaurant outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, equipment servicing, and landscaping.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the Store Manager and request parts promptly.
• Conduct routine checks on diesel, gas, water levels and prepaid meter readings.
• Inspect and maintain store electrical and mechanical equipment, including cold rooms and freezers.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules, emergency repairs, and address maintenance complaints quickly.
• Assist in installation and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, heating, and plumbing systems.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Experience in general maintenance and repair processes.
• Good physical condition and ability to work extended hours when required.

Required skills

• Electrical system maintenance (bulbs, sockets, circuit breakers).
• Hydraulic and mechanical system troubleshooting.
• Use of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ventilation, refrigeration, heating and plumbing installation/repair.
