Longevity Diagnostics Specialist – Health Optimisation Physician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Longevity Diagnostics Specialist / Health Optimisation Physician to lead advanced preventive healthcare and executive wellness programmes within a premium hospitality setting. The role combines clinical expertise with strong communication to deliver evidence‑based diagnostics, interpret health data and create personalised health optimisation plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, executive medical evaluations and preventive screenings for members and clients.
• Perform, interpret and communicate results from advanced diagnostics such as InBody composition analysis, VO2 Max testing, metabolic assessments, blood pressure monitoring, pulse oximetry, spirometry and ECG.
• Develop personalised health optimisation and lifestyle intervention programmes based on clinical findings.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, fitness professionals, nutritionists and wellness coaches to deliver multidisciplinary programmes.
• Monitor client progress through follow‑up consultations and repeat assessments.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, infection‑prevention protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, informed consent and confidentiality in line with MDCN regulations.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance and quality assurance of diagnostic equipment.
• Contribute to business development by designing and promoting premium wellness services.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a recognised institution.
• Valid practising licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• 4–8 years post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Post‑graduate training or demonstrable expertise in preventive, lifestyle, sports, functional or occupational medicine is an advantage.
• Experience conducting executive health assessments and preventive health programmes.
• Strong knowledge of chronic disease prevention, nutrition, exercise physiology and wellness management.
• High ethical standards, integrity and commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Residence in Abuja or willingness to relocate.
