Location Manager

About the role

The Location Manager will oversee two Lu Gold outlets in Abuja, driving monthly revenue, managing a diverse team, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, bay, kitchen and front‑of‑house functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own total monthly revenue targets, track performance daily/weekly, run promotions and hold weekly revenue meetings.
• Win B2B business such as fleet wash accounts and corporate meal partnerships, with at least one marketing visit per week.
• Manage all staff at both outlets, plan monthly shifts, conduct one‑on‑one reviews and address conduct, performance and attendance.
• Enforce a cashless operation using POS and verified bank transfers, review daily reconciliations and authorise discounts.
• Resolve customer escalations quickly, maintain Lu Gold standards in all areas, and oversee inventory of chemicals, kitchen stock and consumables.
• Submit weekly oversight reports and monthly management reports, ensuring compliance with SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years managing a retail, F&B, hospitality or car‑care operation.
• At least an HND qualification.
• Proven record of growing revenue and leading a team of 10 + staff.
• Calm, firm and fair leadership style, available for long operating hours and weekend rota.
• Strong numeracy for reconciliations and stock control.
• Experience with POS systems; familiarity with Zoho is an advantage.

What we offer

• Base salary of NGN 300,000 per month (range NGN 250,000‑NGN 400,000).
