About the role

The Loan Sales Officer will identify and acquire eligible customers, especially small and medium‑sized business owners who need financing. This field‑based, target‑driven role involves engaging prospective borrowers, explaining loan products, and supporting them through the application journey.

Key responsibilities

Approach and engage potential customers in markets and business areas.
Educate customers on available loan products and benefits.
Assist customers with loan applications and the onboarding process.
Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets.

Required profile

0‑1 year experience (training will be provided).
Comfortable working in the field (markets, shops, business areas).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must reside in any of the states advertised for the vacancy.

What we offer

Salary: N110,000 per month.
Monthly commissions and performance incentives.
