Loan Products Marketer

About the role

Swift Consulting is seeking a dynamic marketer to promote its loan products to prospective customers in Lagos. You will generate leads, explain loan terms, and support customers through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market loan products through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities.
• Explain eligibility, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospects.
• Follow up leads and convert inquiries into successful loan applications.
• Assist customers with documentation and the loan application process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and applications.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, micro‑finance, or banking.
• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Proactive, confident, disciplined, and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to conduct field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
