Loan Product Marketer

About the role

Swift Consulting is hiring a Marketer in Lagos (Marina) to promote and sell its loan products to prospective customers. The role covers lead generation, product explanation, follow-up and customer service, with a focus on meeting sales and customer acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's loan products to prospective customers.
• Generate new leads and customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media and field activities.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, interest rates and repayment schedules.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to turn inquiries into successful applications.
• Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition and loan disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and applications.
• Provide excellent customer service and submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking or a related role.
• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and strong customer relationship management skills.
• Proactive, confident, disciplined and target-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to carry out field marketing and customer acquisition activities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
