About the role
We are seeking a Livestock Officer to manage feeding, breeding, and general livestock care on our farm in Imo State. The role involves monitoring animal health, maintaining hygienic housing, and supporting daily farm operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage feeding, breeding, and general livestock care.
- Monitor animal health and identify signs of illness.
- Maintain clean and hygienic animal housing.
- Keep accurate livestock and medication records.
- Ensure proper animal handling and welfare.
- Support daily farm operations.
Required profile
- Degree in animal science, animal husbandry, agriculture, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of livestock management.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
