Life Planner – Insurance Agent (Hybrid)

About the role

Enterprise Life Nigeria is seeking a motivated Life Planner to join its Port Harcourt team. The position operates on a hybrid model, combining on‑site client meetings with flexible work‑from‑home days. You will help individuals and families secure their financial future through tailored life‑insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through outreach and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate life‑insurance policies.
• Prepare quotations, process applications, and follow up on required documentation.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships, providing ongoing service, policy reviews, renewals, and claims support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, adhere to regulatory standards, and participate in sales meetings and training.

Required profile

• Strong background in insurance sales, brokerage, or related financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working independently.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools and client‑relationship management systems.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
