Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive its organizational learning agenda. You will research industry trends, design curricula, and deliver training that enhances staff performance and supports the company’s mission of financial inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Research emerging trends and best practices in learning and development to keep Renmoney at the forefront of employee training.
• Collaborate with department heads to conduct needs assessments and identify training gaps.
• Design engaging training programs using instructional design principles aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate dynamic training sessions both virtually and in‑person, employing multimedia tools.
• Work with HR and managers to optimise staff performance through coaching and performance‑support initiatives.
• Generate reports on training impact, participant feedback, and learning outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver training in classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Organisational Development or related field.
• Professional certifications in training and development are a plus.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
